About

Molly B. O’Rourke is a physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, now practicing in Collingwood and serving the Georgian Bay community. Her work spans a wide range of settings, including orthopedics, sports medicine, women’s health, geriatrics, home care, and hospital-based rehabilitation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on supporting clients through all stages of recovery and performance.

Molly has worked with individuals of all ages and activity levels, from professional and university athletes to those simply looking to move better, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy. Her approach is grounded in understanding each client’s goals and developing a personalized plan that supports meaningful, lasting outcomes.

She places a strong emphasis on collaborative, team-based care and values working alongside other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated and supportive experience. Her clinical approach is shaped not only by decades of experience, but also by her own background as a distance runner and as a parent, bringing both professional insight and real-world understanding into her work.

Molly is excited to be part of the team at Collaborative Health, where she can build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients in achieving their individual goals.

She lives in Collingwood with her husband, two children, and their miniature golden retriever, Tiny. With deep family roots in the Bruce Peninsula, she appreciates the opportunity to raise her family surrounded by skiing, water, and the natural beauty of the region.
