About

Liw Bringelson is a Certified Craniosacral Therapist who has been practicing since 2013, supporting clients in Collingwood and the South Georgian Bay area. Her approach is grounded in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal and self-regulate when given the right support.

Using Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Liw works with clients to gently release areas of tension and restriction that may be affecting movement, comfort, and overall function. Her sessions are collaborative and client-centred, recognizing that each individual brings their own unique experiences and awareness to the process.

Liw brings a distinctive perspective to her work through her background in Industrial Engineering, where she completed both a Master’s degree and PhD. This systems-based training informs how she understands the body, not as isolated parts, but as an interconnected whole, where small changes can have meaningful impacts across the system.

In addition to her clinical work, Liw is actively involved in supporting the growth of Craniosacral Therapy in the region. She serves as a mentor to other practitioners and assists with training programs through the Upledger Institute in both Canada and the United States.

Liw is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce tension, and move toward a greater sense of balance and well-being. If you are experiencing chronic tension, nervous system dysregulation, post-concussion symptoms, migraines, or persistent stress, Craniosacral Therapy may be a supportive addition to your care plan.
