About

Mirka Grell-Willins is a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse with a specialized focus in advanced and diabetic foot care. Originally from Poznań, Poland, Mirka’s journey in healthcare began after she moved to Canada, where she pursued nursing to combine her deep interest in individualized care with her desire to improve quality of life for her clients. In 2013, she and her husband settled in Collingwood with their two children, drawn to the natural beauty and community spirit of the area.

A graduate of the RPN program at Georgian College, Mirka holds advanced certifications in both foot care and diabetic foot care. Her clinical work includes not only her own practice, but also providing services to seniors in long-term care settings through organizations like Bayshore, Oncares, and Southbridge. She is an active member of the Independent Business Specialty Interest Group of WeRPN and maintains professional liability insurance through WeRPN.

Mirka’s approach is thorough and preventive—she believes in not just treating foot conditions, but understanding the underlying causes. She combines expert assessment with practical advice and hands-on care to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall foot health. Sterilization and safety are top priorities in her practice, following IPAC standards and utilizing autoclave sterilization for all critical instruments.

Outside of her professional life, Mirka is a passionate member of the local community. She volunteers with Tracks 3 Adaptive Ski, the Collingwood Clippers swim club, and Admiral Elementary School. She recharges by spending time with her children and their dog Raymond, practicing karate, skiing, reading, and traveling.

Mirka is proud to be part of the Collaborative Health Group team, where patients benefit from a convenient location and access to a variety of health professionals all under one roof. As she likes to say, “Life is better with healthy feet.”
